Our Projects

FedFam4LIfe is constantly finding ways to help females out of the federal prison system by bailing women out, filing for clemency, compassionate release, and COVID-19 release. FedFam4LIfe FedFam4Life also participates in marches across the country. Here are a few of many people and projects that FedFam4Life has assisted.

Tynice Hall

Tynice Hall was 22 years old when she got mixed in with the wrong crowd and was arrested and charged with numerous drug charges in 2006. Tynice Hall was originally sentenced 35 years. FedFam4Life soon became Hall's lawyer and worked on getting her released for 11 years.

Recently, in 2020, President Trump granted Tynice Hall clemency. Hall ended up serving 14 years of her 35 year sentence with the help of FedFam4Life.

"Black Momma Bail Outs"

Since beginning work in South Florida, FedFam4Life has began focusing on "Black Momma Bail Outs" whose main goal is to bail African-American mothers out of the federal prison system.

In 2020 alone, "Black Momma Bail Outs" bailed out 5 women in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm-Beach County.

So far in 2021, "Black Momma Bail Outs" has worked with Diamonds Ford, who heard someone break into her home while she was sleeping, shot towards the window (with her registered firearm) and ran into the bathroom to call the police. After calling the police, Ford found out that it was the police she was shooting at. Ford was then charged with attempted murder of a law enforcement officer and her bail was set to $500,000 as well as an extra $30,000 for the 1/4 pound of weed the police found in someone elses bedroom.

FedFam4Life bonded Diamonds Ford out for $530,000.

Dignity Power

Dignity Power is an organization that was founded by Foxxy Mason that worked hand and hand FedFam4Life.

Since being founded, Dignity Power has passed the Tammy Jackson Act which bans solitary confinement for pregnant women in 2020. Dignity Power is also working on Legislation House of Representative Bill 11.15 - which gives pregnant women a deferred sentence so they can have their baby outside of prison.
